Case Study: 14,000 Units Delivered in 35 Days
In 2021, a client came to us with an urgent request: 17,000 desktop self service kiosks had to be delivered within 45 days, including sheet metal fabrication, assembly, functional testing, quality control, and final shipment.
Many manufacturers turned them away, citing the impossible timeline. But we took the challenge head-on.
We committed to producing 14,000 units, covering everything from hardware production to full assembly and in-house testing. The client’s software team was stationed on-site at our facility to streamline debugging and configuration.
The result? We completed the entire production cycle in just 35 days, leaving a full 10-day window for quality assurance and outbound logistics. The units were delivered directly to the client’s distribution points — on time and fully verified.
